[Community] TODO -- refinements in search result

I was searching for a node - magnetism. The search result displayed
the node separating mixtures !

When I clicked on the the node separating mixtures (activity), to see
for node magnetism, even then it was not found. Then when I read the
description, a word magnet appears.

The search result is also checking for matches even in the
Description. Do we want that, I dont think so.

We need to refine the search result.
