[Community] Bug - list of relations get unlinked

I was adding a long list of depends on nodes for concept- abiotic
components of habitat. I could add 4-5 of them but then before
submitting I wanted to add few more but which where not existing in
the repository, so I added these new nodes and then when I came back
to add to the relations my original 4-5 nodes got unlinked from the
depends on relation.

So I had to again add the 4-5 nodes plus the newly added 3 nodes. I
could not do this with some time gap.

Is this a bug.
