[Community] Announcements -- to add labels for messages in subject

Hi,

I would like to suggest that we use the specific labels in the subject
for community mailing list, so that it becomes easy to know what is
the discussion about.

For filing bugs - Bug -- subject title

For reporting errors - Error -- subject title

For discussion - Discussion -- subject title

For feature request - Feature Request -- subject title

For TODO list - TODO -- subject title

For announcements -  Announcements -- subject title


Any more such labels are welcome. This will help when new people join
at later period of time and if they want to read the archives, these
labels will direct them appropriately.

Let us try to add these labels.
