[Community] readability of graphs

As the content in the depmap is expanding, the nodes and their
neighbors that get displayed in the graphical view somehow becomes
quite unreadable, and blur.

At just two or three nodes and neighbors the graphical view is
readable, but once the nodes that are also connected and when appears
together, then it looses its readability.

Please see some snapshots in the graphical view of for example the
nodes-- mitosis, condensation of chromatin.

We need to take care of this, because the graphical form of
representation is the one that attracts attention and is also useful
in understanding the representation.

One suggestion would be to give a zoom handle on the pointer. so in
whichever part of the map if one wants to view then one can just click
to zoom.
