[Community] discussion board for changes in node

I observe that one of the nodes - spring balance - has been added as
an activity, which I think can be added as a concept.

Now as a member, I can edit the category, but it is also important to
record the nature and reason for such changes. One can provide with a
short and terse para to explain why the user has made the change. Now
when I think about this, I thought of having some kind of a discussion
board, like a box wherein I can put my notes. this box can be like the
box that appears when we want to insert note for a cell in openoffice
spreadsheet. and alongwith the notes, it can provide with the
information about the user and the date.

What is needed is a discussion board which can be placed as a tab in
line with stickymap, depmap, history.
