Is pyxpcom installed ?  This error mostly occurs because of that.
I tired the extension on other machines other than mine and it's working.
You may install it from http://pyxpcomext.mozdev.org/downloads.html

I have compiled the files in the extension that I sent using the latest
version of xulrunner. This may also be the reason. So if you already have
pyxpcom installed and still getting this error, let me know.
