No, users will be asked captcha always. As I made the setting that way.

Right. For Admin and beurocrats captcha will not be set. But if we want we
can keep
watch on beurocrats using the same.

Yes, there is facility of setting different captcha's. Arithmatic is also
availabel
in extension.
